Serviced Apartments are the new smart hotel alternative taking the world by storm. Quite simply, they are self contained apartments available to rent from as little as one night, but also available to book for over a year. Like a hotel you can shorten, extend or cancel your stay with minimum notice. It’s the ideal flexible solution for business travellers or for those relocating to a new area.

As a bare minimum, you can expect a fully furnished apartment, with fully equipped kitchens, pots, pans and utensils. Laundry facilities are also included, and in most cases you’ll have free Wi-fi, weekly housekeeping to replenish bed linen and towels, and have a guest services team on call for any issues big or small. No contracts or hefty deposits. Just pay what for you need. All the bills and taxes you’d expect to pay are consolidated into the nightly rate. Your guests can just turn up with their luggage, put their feet up and live like they would at home.

More Flexibility

Like a hotel, book the dates you need. You can book a serviced apartment for a few nights, or for longer than a year. With your own kitchen and laundry facilities you’ll have the flexibility to cook when it suits you, and not be tied to a hotel restaurants time slot. Amending your booking is easy and you only need to give a short amount of notice to extend, shorten or cancel.

More Space

So much more space than a typical hotel room. With on average 30% more space business travellers can relax and unwind like they would at home. A standard 1 bedroom serviced apartment has it’s own separate living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The extra space provides flexibility. Typically our serviced apartments come with additional extras such as sofa beds or cots which means you can entertain guests and have visitors over to stay.

Lower Cost

Serviced apartments are on average 30% lower in cost than hotels. You pay per apartment not per person, offering huge savings on accommodation. Sharing a large 2, 3 or 4 bedroom serviced apartment dramatically reduces the overall cost. Our studio and one bedroom serviced apartments are typically lower in cost than similar standard hotels. Plus, avoiding hidden costs such as expensive mini-bars, restaurants, laundry and Wi-Fi bills.
