Requirements
NPSG Global, working on behalf of their client Amazon, required flexible and cost-effective accommodation in Metz, France, for their team during the phased construction of an Amazon warehouse distribution facility. Phase 1 of the project lasted approximately one month, with six guests arriving on different dates and some needing extensions. For Phase 2, lasting six weeks, a smaller team of five required accommodation in a quieter location. The accommodation needed to offer private kitchen facilities, communal laundry services, and a short commute to the project site while keeping costs low.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERED
For Phase 1, Suite Hub sourced and secured fully equipped studio apartments at Residhome Metz, offering kitchen facilities, communal laundry services, and a comfortable stay at a fixed, cost-effective rate. With guests arriving on different dates and some requiring extensions, we ensured flexibility in the bookings, accommodating all adjustments seamlessly.
For Phase 2, we relocated the team to Odalys Manufacture Apart-hotel, a quieter location that provided the same high standards of comfort and convenience. Again, we secured excellent fixed rates and freed up availability that was not accessible online, ensuring the team could stay together without disruptions.
