As our Finance Administrator, you’ll have a big responsibility supporting our Head of Finance with a wide range of tasks, covering all aspects of finance, including credit control, preparing batch payments, bank reconciliation, preparing financial reports, speaking with clients and suppliers, resolving disputes and issues, and much more. This role is ideal if you’re looking to boost your skills and experience.

  • Extremely organized and can efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Can work very well under pressure and manage a large workload.
  • Has excellent time management skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail.
  • A fast learner.
  • Can work independently, using initiative and creativity.
  • Have entry level financial/accounting experience.
  • Have experience using XERO finance software (but not essential).
