At Suite Hub, it’s part of our ethics policy to conduct all of our business in a honest and ethical manner.
In order to advertise and promote our business as being an independent serviced apartment booking service, we will never have any financial or commercial incentives attached to any serviced apartment buildings or properties. We will never own directly or have any ownership what so ever even via a third party any real estate that would contradict us advertising or promoting ourselves as being completely independent. This allows us to continue to offer apartment options to our clients in a completely non biased or influenced way – ensuring the most suitable apartment get’s booked each and every time.
Anti Bribery and Corruption
It’s clearly understood that our company and it’s account managers are in a position to potentially influence the flow of bookings to a given supplier or property owner. Inline with our core business ethic by advertising and promoting ourselves as a fully independent booking service, we make it clear that we have a company wide, zero tolerance to any form of bribery, kickbacks, rewards, paid expenses or any form of influence what so ever from our entire supply chain.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our dealings wherever we operate. We are also committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.
We take care to ensure we only do business with suppliers and partners who share our values and agree to act consistently with this policy. It is our policy to comply with the UK Bribery Act (2010) and all other bribery and corruption laws in the countries where we do business.
It’s clear to us, and consitently made clear to everyone in our organisation exactly what bribery and corruption means.
Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting or soliciting of money, a gift or other advantage as an inducement to do something that is illegal or a breach of trust in the course of carrying out an organisation’s activities.
Corruption is the misuse of public office or power for private gain; or misuse of private power in relation to business outside the realm of government.
All employees are responsible for the success of this policy and should ensure they use it to disclose any suspected concerns or wrongdoing to their line Manager or Director.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal (employees), or appropriate sanctions (business partners) in addition to civil or criminal charges.
